Best PDA plan for Moto Q?

I am with AT&T and am getting a Motorola Q. Which data or PDA personal plan do I need to get? I need the least expensive one that is not going to have hidden charges. I want to know exactly what the cost will be per month. Not pay per usage or whatever. This is going to be my first PDA so I don't know much about them. Can anyone please help????
