I have downloaded RFT_8.1_EVL_Part_2.zip for installing RFT, but not able to install?

I want to install Rational Functional Tester for learning process.I have downloaded RFT_8.1_EVL_Part_2.zip, but there is no setup file or exe file.I have installed java also in my system, Still its not working.
