Is the "Arguement from Design" the result of an innate teleological bias inherent to the human mind?

No, but it is based upon the large amount of coincidences that seem nearly impossible. Even in the science field coincidences are considered a reason to further look into a topic. It is not a proven fact(most scientific theories aren't), but all the evidence points towards it being a credible theory.
