Can someone explain the immigration law of Arizona?

What part of ILLEGAL are you not able to understand??? All the law wanted to do was make ANY police stop[ of ANYONE a requirement of the police to check the persons citizenship....NOTHING there is racist it is only in the delusional koolaid infleusnced minds of liberals that it is being made racist as they really have no argument that works against it...
