If the United States is freezing $50 billion in Iraqi ets in a bank in New York until the Iraqi government?

All this talk that Bush & Co. have spouted out about bringing democracy to Iraq is just lip service! I think this serves as further proof that the so-called "War on Terror" has never been about terror, but about oil!
