Could we contaminate other planets?

If we unknowingly had micro-organisms that stuck to a probe or ship and we landed on a plantet that was able to sustain life, could we contaminate that planet with our organisms, and possibly even begin a knew ecosystem on a previously barren planet? Nobody answered last time so I'm asking again :D
