I have a dog rescue. Some nutcase has come out of the woodwork and started calling me a sicko dog hoarder who abuses their animals, made bogus appointments at our shelter and even turned me in to the animal control! All with our own money! Then this weirdo appears, accuses us of starving and mistreating the dogs and turns us in to the local animal control, who came out to inspect us and wound up giving us a gold star rating! She keeps haring me via email and probably out in public as well. I tracked her down on myspace and she's a damn pit bull breeder! How ironic! I'm the only rescue in the area who will still save a pit bull! Can I do anything about her? I found out who she is..can I press harment charges or slander or libel? I need some ammo so she'll stop all this. We've built up a good reputation and don't want her ruining it.

With that being said, I don't think you have anything to worry about until your appointment. It sounds like your tooth erupting has caused you to have a mild case of TMD. You can ease the pain by taking an over the counter anti-inflammitory (like ibuprofin) and applying a warm, moist cloth to your jaw to kind of 'loosen' the muscles. The pain is most likely coming from the pressure being put on the joint in the jaw (TMJ) from the tooth entering the mouth. It may eventually subside but you'll probably see the dentist before it does. Good luck, and I hope this helped!

Do I have whooping cough?

About 16 days ago i got a terrible cold and 14 days later i felt better. But now after 2 days of relieved symptoms I've developed a really bad cough, literally every 1-5 minutes I start coughing for about 10-30 seconds straight, sometimes longer. However i dont hear a whooping sound, but i do however take a very deep gasp of breath after a long cough. There is however 2 people in my school that currently have whooping cough which further makes me believe i have it. Right now my nose is only slightly congested, not runny. The Order of the Phoenix movie was terribly done! No music, too many cut scenes and no gentle transitions, and there was no deep look into the world of harry, too bad the details were missing. I think that Alfonso Cuaron and Mike Newell did best in the Prisoner of Azkaban. It's exciting, thrilling, shows the rich world of the characters and of the whole magical world. I think that this movies was an unsuccessful attempt to transform the happy Harry into the darker one, I understand that there must be less humor, but... not less atmospheric music and dialogues between the characters.

Im a support worker and my client has filed a complaint saying all i do is drink coffee and smoke?

My client has said i do nothing to help her, that all i do is sit and drink coffee and smoke. This is not true at all. (I don't even like coffee for a start) but she is a venerable adult and her mum puts alot in her head. Her mum has been her main carer up until me arriving a few months ago. Her mum has told her that she feels pushed out and that no one is informing her of anything. Anyway, i spoke to my client at the weekend and she was upset with her solicitors and things they had said to her mum. They had told her mum not to say anything to her, but she had done, then she told me but asked me not to say anything as they would stop telling her mum things and it would cause them to fall out. I spoke to the solicitors and did tell them as i am obliged to, due to the trouble it caused. (my client has a brain injury) . I think now that the reason my client put this complaint in about me because i have spoken to the solicitors after she asked me not to. I have gone above and beyond for this patient, and don't ever have a break. I do nip out (2mins) for a cigarette whilst she is buy doing other things (getting dressed / eating lunch etc) but other than that, i spend my whole shift with her. I do have daily reports to prove what we have worked on, but i have been given the week off with full pay whilst they investigate. (they Always automatically believe the patient)...my problem is...where so i stand? Can i be sacked for this false allegation?

Painfull knee?

about 5 years ago i twisten my knee and had pain on and off for about 4 years. it then went but in the last week,in the same knee i have been feeling a different kind of pain.when im walking it every step or so it (its hard to discribe!) ...sorta clicks but not a click that you can hear but the sort you can feel if u know what i meen. its also become swollen and very stiff to move.im getting pain more on the right side of the knee but also the back.not pain like i cant walk or anything but a uncomfatable pain .i can wlk up and down stairs ok . if i try and cross my legs it stiffens up and cant cross it properly. and alot more painfull if i havent moved it for a bit.what do you think this could be?

Definitely Cutler, as the Bears will need to air it out against the Cowboys and Vick may not play significant minutes. The runningbacks are tough, but I would go with Greene and Forte. The Vikings are tough against the run and Forte might be a great p option for Butler. Bradshaw and Taylor are questionable plays. The WRs should be R.Moss and Larry Fitz. Calvin has no QB now and S.Moss is too old to be viable. The last one's tough, but if I had to pick, I'd go with Calvin (he's still a stud and a better fantasy contributor than the rest of the guys). If that doesn't work you can run at night so no one can see you, that's what I do (well i don't run at night because i don't want to be seen, it's just cooler out) Or you could just listen to an iPod when you run, it looks natural. Nightmares help!!!!!!!!!?

Last nights nightmare was very vivid and disturbing. To sum it up, a lady had a shotgun pointing at my head so I closed a door in front of me. Then I grabbed my daughter and put her in a safe place while my mom and i looked for the woman, using scissors as our weapons. She was nowhere to be found so we were leaving then she came out of an attic by the front door. I yelled for my mom to hurry and put the baby in th car and get it started. The woman dropped the gun so I went up to her and repeatedly stabbed her with scissors in the chest, face and head. She fell down and as we were pulling away she got back up and tried chasing us so I threw the scissors at her. Then we got away. Why do I have dreams like this, they are always gory and I know I'm sleeping and try to wake myself up but I can't!

I have worked at a daycare center for almost 3 months now and yesterday, while at work, my wisdom tooth broke and fell apart. When I called today to tell my boss that I was going to the dentist to get it removed, she told me that I would need to come in this afternoon because she didn't have anyone to close. Well let me just say that I have never called off at this job, never even been late while people there call off left and right. Last friday we had 4 call offs and there was one girl that basically took off the whole week and she never said anything to them. I am so pissed that she would even ask me to come in. It all started when I left our hometown for a place in the country.When I left I didn't tell her that we were leaving because #1 I knew she would tell me it was a bad idea, #2 because we did not know we were leaving until about a week before we left.
