What personality or psychological disorder, if any, does this describe?

Only laughs at her own jokes. If someone else makes a joke in her presence, she acts annoyed. Is never on time - usually running at least 2 hours late. When having a party at her house, waits until guests start arriving to take a shower and get ready. Breaks into conversation of others only to talk about herself (or her family) and if the original topic comes up again, she keeps turning it back to herself as a topic. Has to be the center of attention of any group. If no one is acknowledging her presence, she either has a snit or storms away. Expects everyone to fit into her mold and woe to those who go against her. Cannot take the slightest criticism, even if offered in a friendly fashion. Help me understand this person and how to react to what seems to me to be odd behaviors.
