How to make a quilt? what material do I need/can I use?

if you want an easy quilt try just cutting the actual clothes into squares and sewing them together then use a nice batting inbetween the front and back layers. or you could cut the clothes into squares and sew them with the edges to the outside to make a rag quilt your seams are on the outside.
