How do you help dogs teething?

My dog Ollie is a boy and he bites everything if its soft and he has got loads of soft toys and stuff but he just bites them we have got treats that help and bones and kong's but nothing seems to help. Don't say take him to the vets... Because thats silly! Please answer!
