What is the best (non-criminal) job suggestion for someone who only wants to work 2-3hrs a day (five days a we?

It is not very productive to work in 2-hour increments. I understand only wanting to work 12 hours a week, but with prep time, possible travel time, it would be more productive to work 4-5 hours at a time, but only work 3 days a week. Easily done for a freelancer. Not easily done for an employee except for low wages.
