Is there any way that foreigners' can earn in India while staying in here?

Indian Government is very strict towards Foreigners' Earning Policy in India. As many foreigners come here to study from Bangladesh, China, Nepal, Bhutan, etc, how will they survive if they somehow run out of money? They'll need money to continue study. Other countries allow part time jobs for foreigners. Are there any way for foreigners to earn money in India? Is there any good and genuine online job to earn money n get paid? Is there any way? One of my friends is a foreigner in India, studying, but due to her Father's retirement from job n sister's marriage, there family is in financial crisis now. she is a bright student. she wants to earn her own living. companies want Job permit from her but that also requires minimum salary of Rs 70,000. she's in distress. she has lost all her hope from life also. what will i do? how can i help? plz people, help me. there has to be a way.
