How does the FDA regulate trade secrets?

They are allowed to keep their trade secrets. It is not what it is, but how it is mixed. Coca-Cola tastes the way it does by how much of what is put in it. A few years ago, when New Coke came out, and small company was going to roll out a copy of clic Coke. Coke beat them to it.
