What do you think of women with tattoos?

I am female, and I want to get a tattoo in the future. I don't care if you say it makes you look like a slut, I don't want a tramp stamp and I'm not getting a tattoo just for the sake of getting one. The tattoo I want is meaningful and representational to me. That being said, what do you think of women having real, meaningful tattoos? (And in a place that won't stretch out!) I know a lot of guys and just people in general don't like women having tattoos, and I am wondering why.
